Bio: Redmond Ramos served as a Navy Corpsman combat medic with The Marines for 5 years. He served in combat in Sangin Afghanistan with 3rd battalion, 5th Marine regiment. After his military time, Redmond competed in track for Team Navy as well as Team USA during the Invictus Games in London. He competed and won the CSB Sports competition “The Triumph Games”, as well as competed on season 29 of “The Amazing Race”.
