– Fixed issue with Quantities of ImageQuix Online Orders

– Only show Flow orders in Order Entry, no Online Orders (now in IQ Gallery panel)
– Fixed issue with Assigning Groups to Subjects within a filter
– Changed text for Dialog when catalogs do not match
– Fixed bug where restarting flow was needed in between IQ gallery updates
– Flow now prevents computer from sleeping during ftp upload
– Added code that prevents system from sleeping while uploading IQ gallery
– Fixed issue where Submit Order was crashing because it was taking to long to generate the applicable images list. It still takes a long time, but it doesn’t crash anymore
