TrackLynx is a stand alone software module that has been designed to be the "hub" of the Photolynx Suite of software. TrackLynx has two primary functions. Â
The first function is used by customer service. It is a simple interface that customer service representatives can use to query all of the ImageMatch databases for a particular student. TrackLynx allows access to all of your images and student information for looking up individual orders, reorders, late orders, and data corrections. The customer service representative can then indicate what needs to be done for that customer, such as adding packages or units, checking on order status and making any corrections.
The second function is used by production. When a change has been entered by customer service, the software will indicate to production what needs to be done. Production can have the software create a new ImageMatch job for the orders that need to be printed. It operates using your network to allow anyone to create action items so that your production team can effectively handle and track this information. You do not need your own lab for this to be useful. It can create individual reorders to be sent to your lab for processing, while giving you the ability to track where the work is.
